Gibson 120th Les Paul Standard Premium Plus Quilted Hand Selected 2014 Honey Burst
An incredible looking Gibson Les Paul Standard Premium Quilt 2014. Most seem to have been sent to Japan for some reason. This guitar differs little from a Standard Les Paul: the maple top is highly figured and bookmatched by a Gibson employee who's signature is on the back cavity plate and it has factory fitted push-pull pots for coil splitting, phase shifting and 'Pure Bypass' capabilites for additional tonal versitility. It also has a 60's slim taper asymmetrical neck, Gibson 120th Anniversary logo on the 12th fret, Burstbucker Pros (1 &2) and factory fitted Grover locking machine heads for superior tuning stability. It has a solid and single-cut mahogany body, made of two pieces of grade A mahogany, which ensures the strong and fat tone Gibsons are renowned for. Comfortable profile neck, slightly thinner than a ’59 with locking Grover tuners and is a great weight at 4kg.
It's in very condition throughout, just light overall playwear with one lateral scuffs (see pics).
No pickguard was ever fitted so no pickguard holes. The neck is dead straight, truss rod fine, and only some small visible fret wears (see video). It comes complete with the original fitted tan hardcase and all case candy. A really special 2014 Gibson Les Paul Standard. 100% original condition.
